The place I always check each day is the Panda Cam at the San Diego Zoo. Just seeing the pandas doing their thing always cheers me.

I love www.hayhouseradio.com for a feel good site. It can't be beat. Lots of uplifting, inspirational (but not religious, so they fit with any belief system) radio shows you can listen to day or night. If nothing's playing in live time that you like, you can go through the archives and listen to programs that have already aired. And it's all FREE!
